Yep! All you'll need is a set of dumbbells! You could even get creative and use a water jug, laundry detergent or any other objects at home for some weight. You will have access to gym + home versions so you can easily adjust the workouts to your needs all through my app. You'll have access to the app for the entire duration of the challenge so you'll be able to see form videos, log your sets, reps, and weight and so much more.
While tracking your food is a really helpful tool, it's not something we'll be focusing on during this challenge. We'll cover nutrition on one of our calls and you'll have a copy of a recipe book to support your nutrition as we work through the challenge and beyond.
While it would be incredibly impactful to be on every single call, sometimes things just don't work out that way and that's okay! All calls will be recorded and uploaded directly into the app for you to watch the replay. Note: you do get points for attending the call LIVE and points will determine the challenge winner.
